"Designed for racing, built for living!"
this is the true statement for the Caterham Super Seven <"period">.

My first Caterham S7 was a 2.0 Vauxhall (HPC) made in 1993

It was a very comfortable car for road use that I enjoyed very much from 1998 till 2000.
After visiting the Hockenheim-Ring in July 2000, and after some slaloms I decided to buy a lighter, faster and prepared car for racing.

My second Caterham S7 is a 1.8 Rover (VVC) built in August 2000

The VVC is very light and likes to oversteer with standard 7" wheels.
Since I changed to 8" tires with the same 7" rims, the car doesn't want to oversteer anymore.
Finally this year (2003) I tried out 13" wheels (Smoor+Avon ACB10) with the same width (f:7", r:8"), and the Seven runs now even better!
